40 oz corn (frozen or caned)
8 oz heavy cream
8 oz milk
1 tsp salt
6 tsp sugar
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 TBS butter
2 TBS flour
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Simmer all ingredients but the flour and butter
Make a roux with flour and butter in a separate pan and add the rest to thicken
Pour in a casserole dish and top with parmesan
Broil until cheese is browning
