Di’ s chocolate cookies (Diana Berry)

 2 1/4 flour

1 t. Soda

1:2 t. Salt

1cup butter

1/4 c sugar

3/4 c brown sugar

1 pkg small box instant chocolate pudding mix

2 eggs 

1t vanilla 1 pkg chocolate chips

1c walnuts chopped (opt)

Put in fridge 2 hour or overnight   

375 8min.

Peanut butter chocolate chip chocolate cookies

2 c. butter
3 c white sugar
4 eggs
1 T+ 1 t. vanilla
Cream together

4 c. flour
1 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
4 c. peanut butter chips

Bake 350
Grease cookies sheets  Bake 8-10 minutes
Makes about 4 dozen

flourless double chocolate peanut butter muffins

1 med to lg ripe bananna, mashed
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter (heaping)
1/3c unsweetened cocoa
3 T honey
1 T vanilla
1/4 t. soda& pinch of salt
1/2 c. chocolate chips heaping
Bake in 400 oven. Spray muffin tins.  Add together everything but peanut butter and chips.  Beat until creamy.  Add peanut butter and chips.  Add water or milk to make like thick cake batter.  bake 8-12 minutes until springy.  Can leave out cocoa if want.

S' more bars


1 cube butter
1 lg pkg marshmallows
7 C. golden grahams cereal
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Melt butter and marshmallows in microwave( stir every 30 seconds takes about two minutes.) Stir in cereal.  Let cool a bit then stir in chocolate chips.  Press into lightly greased 9x13 pan.   cool and serve.  someone said they like to refrigerate  them and serve them cold.

Marietta's chocolate chip cookies

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 T. vanilla
1 t. lemon juice
3 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/2  c. rolled oats
2- 12 oz pkg. chocolate chips
2 c. chopped walnuts

For soft cookies bake 325,17-19 minutes
for crisp cookies bake 350 for 16-18 minutes

carmel brownies

60 caramels (14-16 oz pkg)
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1pkg German Chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1c. semi sweet chocolate chips

In heavy saucepan combine caramels, and 1/3 c. evaporated milk.  Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until caramels are melted.  Set aside.

Spray 9x13 pan with pam or grease and flour pan.

In large  bowl combine cake mix, melted butter, 1/3 c. evaporated milk and nuts (opt.).  Press 1/2 dough into 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.  Sprinkle choc. chips over crust.  Spread caramel mixture over chocolate pieces.  Crumble rest of dough on top.  Bake 18-20 minutes.  Cool slightly.  Refrigerate 30 minutes to set caramel layer.  Cut and enjoy.

Sister Hymas Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cream together the following:

1  cup soften butter
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar

Add to the above:
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

Mix well and then add:

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

When mixed, add the following

3 cups oatmeal
1-2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts (opt.)

Spoon unto cookie sheet
Bake 375 for 11-12 minutes until brown tinted!

Munster Cookies


6 (12) Eggs
1 3/4 C (3 1/2 cups) Sugar
1 3/4 C (3 1/2 cups) Brown Sugar
2 1/2 C (5 cups) Peanut Butter
4 tsp. (8 tsp) Baking Soda
1/2 of 1/3 cup (1/3 cup) C Karo Syrup
1/2 Tbsp (1 Tbsp) Vanilla
1 Cup (2 cups) Butter
1 Cup (2 cups) Coconut
1 Cup (2 cups) Chocolate Chips
9 Cups (18 cups) Oatmeal
3/4 Cup (1 1/2 cups) Flour


Bake 350  for 10 minutes

Peanut Butter Balls



2 Cups Peanut Butter
1 ¾ Cups Powdered Sugar
2 Tablespoons Butter, softened
2 Cups Rice Krispies

Mix Ingredients Together.  Refrigerate for 24 hours.  Roll into small balls. (probably a little smaller than a bouncy ball) Dip balls in melted chocolate. (I use the big bar of chocolate from Christensens) Set on wax paper keep in a cool room (not the fridge).  Makes about 40 balls.

Irresistible Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 C. butter flavored crisco
1 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
3 T. milk
1 T. vanilla
1 large egg
1 3/4 C. flour
3/4 t. baking soda
3/4 t, salt
1 C. chocolate chips (optional)

Bake 375  Bake 7-8 minutes  Cool 2 minutes before removing from the rack.

Julie's peanut butter, oatmeal choc chip cookies

1 c. butter
1 c.  peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 large eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
12 oz. semisweet or milk chocolate chips

combine sugars and butters, cream and add eggs and vanilla.  Beat until batter is light in color 2-3 minutes.  Add rest of ingredients mix and then add chips.  Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until lightly brown and still soft in the center

1 spice cake mix

Rolo Cookies

1 pkg rolos
1 box devils food cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c oil

Mix cake, eggs, & oil together. Take a small amount of dough and form a ball around the rolo. Use only enough dough to cover rolo. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 7-8 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Glady's Brownies

1 square margarine
1/4 c. melted shortening
4 T cocoa
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1 t. vanilla

opt. add choc. chips. Bake 300 20-25 min
Add a small pkg. marshmellow and put in oven until bubbly.

Frosting

1/2 bag powdered sugar
2 T butter
1 T. cocoa
milk.

Soft Yummy Sugar Cookies

Mix 1 1/2 Tbs. Lemon Juice in a 1 cup, then add milk to fill and make 1 cup. Set aside.

Cream:
1 square butter (soft)
1/2 c shortening (i like to use crisco butter flavor)
2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla.

Add Milk mixture.

Mix together in seperate bowl:
6 1/2 c flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt

Gradually add to mix.

Roll out about 1/2 inch thick (not too thin-secret for softer cookies)

Bake 350 for 8-9 minutes??(Not sure about this)

Frosting for cookies
6 Tbs Butter
4 C powdered sugar
1/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 shakes of salt
1/2 tsp lemon extract (optional-but makes the cookies extra yummy!)

Tauna's Peanut Butter Bars

1 c. sugar
1c. brown sugar
1 c. butter softened
2/3 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
1 3/4 - 2 c. flour
2 c. oats
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugars, butter, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in greased rectangular cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Cool. Top with creamy peanut butter and chocolate frosting

Tauna's Lemon Bars

2 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter, melted
Make crust. Press into 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden.

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 t. baking powder
1/4 c. flour
5/8 c. lemon juice
1 T. lemon peel, grated
Beat eggs on high until light yellow and well beaten (5 min) Mix sugar, flour, and baking powder and add to beaten eggs. Pour in lemon juice and peel. Pour over crust and return to oven. Bake 30 minutes or until bars are set. Cool completely before cutting. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups rolled oats - if using instant (2 1/2 cups if using old fashioned)
  1. In lg saucepan, mix sugar, margarine, and milk; bring to a full, rolling boil over med heat. (full, rolling boil = large bubbles rising to surface that can't be stirred down).
  2. Boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until peanut butter is melted; stir in oats.
  4. Working quickly, drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper covered newspaper.
yields about 40 small cookies

Paradise Bakery sugar cookies -Gina

Cream 1 C. sugar
1 C. powdered sugar
2 C. shortening
Add: 3/4 t. vanilla
1 large egg, beaten
Mix 3 1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Scoop and roll in sugar
Bake 375 for 9-10 minutes
