Banana Cream Pie

1/4 C. flour
3/4 C. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
3 c. Milk
3 egg yolks
2 T. butter
2 t. vanilla

combine dry ingredients.  Beat egg yolks and add to milk.  Stir into dry ingredients and bring to boil and boil 1 minute.  Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla.  Stir and cover with saran wrap and let cool before adding to pie shells.    Layer bananas on bottom of pie shell.  Add a banana to pudding, stir and pour in baked pie shell.
