Tri Tip Steak

Bring to room temperature (1-2 hours)  Season with salt and pepper.  Grill on high 3-4 minutes per side.  Cover in foil and let rest for 10 minutes.  For rare meat thermometer should read 125 when you take it off the grill.  For medium rare temp. should read 135.
