orange rolls

Dissolve 1 T. yeast in 1/4 c. warm water.  Let set.

1 c. milk and 3 T. butter  Heat until butter is melted.  Add 1/2 c. white sugar.  Stir to dissolve.

Then add 3 eggs beaten
1 c. flour
and yeast mixture.  Make sure mixture is not to hot when you add your yeast.

You can let this set for 1/2 hour or more.  (But I usually don't)  The add 3 c flour and 1 tsp. salt.  Beat in mixer for 10 minutes.  The dough will be sticky.  Divide into 2 parts. Put dough on floured surface and roll to about 1/4 inch.  Melt 5 T. butter, add 1/2 c sugar and 2 orange rinds grated.  Roll like a cinnamon roll and cut.  Bake 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Makes about 14 rolls.
