3 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
1 1/2 cups flour (1 1/3 for thinner)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup oil or melted butter
Mix well and cook on greased skillet.
If too thin to handle thicken with a few more tablespoons of flour
Skillet must be medium to hot but not to hot
