1-6 oz graham cracker crust
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 cups berries or fruit
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
Spread softened cream cheese in bottom of crust and set aside. Mix cornstarch with sugar and add to berries or fruit. Over stove or in microwave bring berry mixture to a boil stirring until it thickens. Let cool till warm and pour into crust. Refrigerate three hours or until set. Serve with whipped topping. Sue
