 CHEESE BALL--GRANDMA NICHOLS

  • 2 ---8 OZ PACKAGES OF CREAM CHEESE
  • 8 OUNCES (2 CUPS) SHARP CHEESE, SHREDDED
  • 1 TABLESPOON PIMENTO, CHOPPED
  • 1 TABLESPOON ONION, CHOPPED
  • 2 TABLESPOONS GREEN CHILES, CHOPPED
  • 2 TEASPOONS WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
  • 2 CUPS NUTS, CHOPPED
LET CREAM CHEESE COME TO ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 20-30 MINUTES.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL. ROLL INTO A BALL OR 2 BALLS. ROLL CHEESE BALL IN CHOPPED NUTS. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. COULD JUST STORE IN SHALLOW GLASS BOWL OR PAN AND NOT ROLL IN NUTS.
