Pumpkin Pancakes        Sterling Wall

1 cup pumpkin
2 cups milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
chocolate chips (opt.)

Mix liquid ingredients together. Add dry ingredients. Mix until moistened. Grease griddle. Cook at lower temperature than normal pancakes. Watch out--burn easily. Eat plain or with syrup. Enjoy!
