Cinnamon Rolls

CINNAMON ROLLS

3 T  potatoe flakes (mix with hot water until like potatoes) set aside
Combine:
2 pkg yeast
2 T sugar
1 c. water
When yeast is active add potato flakes to yeast.

Heat 2 c milk, 1 1/2 square margarine in microwave until melted. Pour over 1 1/4 c sugar. Stir to dissolve.  Add: 6 c flour
        3 1/2 t salt
        4 t. baking powder
Mix and add rest of flour about 5 c. Let rise until double.

Filling:
2 t cinammon
2/3- 1  c brown sugar
1/2 c softened butter
1 c raisins (optional)

Cut and place on baking sheets. Cook at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
