Chicken and Dumplings
4 boneless chicken breast
2T butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 large onion chopped finely
1 1/2 chopped celery small pieces
1 1/2 diced carrots chunks
1 chicken boullion cube
salt and pepper
cover 8 hours in crock pot on low.I took chicken out after 7-8 hours and shredded it, put back into pot, then add bisquick biscuits or bisquits from a can(cut up) and dropped little balls into crockpot for 30 to 40 min.
