1- 1 1/2 lbs. Thinly sliced round steak (sirlion whatever)
3/4 c water
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 TBS soy sauce
1 medium onion sliced
2 bell peppers cut in thin strips
Rice
Brown meat in skillet with oil for 10 min. or until brown. Combine gravy mix, water, and soy sauce, and add to meat. Bring to a boil and simmer 10-20 minutes. Add onion and peppers and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice. (Hint: The more you let your meat simmer before adding the vegtables, the more tender it becomes, I usually cook my meat 20-30 minutes and then add veggies for 10 min.) Serve over rice.
