Sherrie's Pizza Crust

1 1/2 T yeast
1 1/2 T. sugar
6 C. flour
1 t. salt
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. oil

Mix in mixer and let raise 1 hour  then roll out.  Put on pans. spray dough with olive oil, lightly, and then sauce.
