Wet Ingredients:
2 T. yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water with a sprinkle of sugar. Set aside
1/2 c. oil
2c. buttermilk
Dry ingredients:
5 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
4 t. baking powder
1 1/4 t. salt
1/4 c. sugar
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and make a well for the wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients with the yeast mixture. Stir. Add flour so dough is workable but still soft. Roll out and cut. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes.
