3 T. potatoe flakes or 1 med. mashed potatoe
2 T. yeast
2 T. sugar
1 c. warm water
Add yeast , sugar to water and then add warm potatoes
Heat 2 c. milk
and 1 1/2 squares butter
Pour over: 1 1/2 c. sugar and 3 1/2 t. salt
Beat 2 eggs. Pour into milk mixture and add 5-6 cups of flour, and 4 tsp. baking powder. Mix and then add yeast mixture. Then add 4-5 cups flour until soft dough is formed.
Filling 3/4 c. brown sugar, 2-3 t. cinnamon, 1-2 t. flour
Bake 350 15-20 minutes
