1 lg. onion,chopped
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. butter
4. c. cooked and cut/shredded chicken
3 cans white beans
1 can diced green chillies
3 T. lime juice
1/2 stock of fresh cilantro
pepper to taste
Sautee onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add remaining ingred. and simmer at least one hour or cook in crock pot. Serve with tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
