Joe's Belgium Waffles

Separate 4 egg whites into a bowl and whip & set aside. Mix together: 4 egg yolks 1 C milk 1 C flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp vanilla 3 Tbs melted butter 4 egg yolks Fold in egg whites. Makes 2 large waffles.
