Blueberry Muffins

1 1/2 C. flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 t. baking powder
Mix together.
In a one cup, place 1/3 c. oil, 1 egg, and enough milk to fill cup.
Mix liquid with flour mixture. Fold in 1 cup fresh blueberries. Fill muffin cups to top. Sprinke with crumb topping: 1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 1/4 c. butter,1 1/2 t. cinammon. Mix and sprinkle over muffins.
Bake 400 for 20-25 minutes.
