Sausage and Egg Breakfast

Ingredients:
1 lb country style sausage
Yellow Cheese
1 - 8 oz sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. peppers
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
12 eggs
1 can diced green chilies

Directions:
Cook and drain sausage. Slice cheese thin and put on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle cooked sausage over the cheese. Mix sour cream, salt, pepper, and mustard together and spread over sausage. Beat eggs and pour over sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight, covered with foil. Cook uncovered at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Serve with muffin, fruit, etc.
