Mock Chili Rellenos

½ lb mild cheese grated
1 lrg can green chilies (whole)
½ lb jack cheese grated
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp flour
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Powder
In a greased 9 inch pan, place a layer of green chilies on bottom of pan. (open chilies with finger and lay flat) Cover chilies with mild grated cheese. Add another layer of green chilies. Mix eggs, evaporated milk, flour together. Salt & Pepper mixture. Pour liquid over chilies. Bake 350 for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and add jack cheese. Pour can of tomatoe sauce over cheese. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Return to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts. Let stand about 15 minutes until it sets.
